Srinagar, Aug 19: Senior Hurriyat Conference ( M) leader and Democratic Freedom Party president, Shabir Ahmad Shah, was again placed under house arrest on Friday.“ Shabir Shah was scheduled to address public meeting at Kulgam today. But the police placed him under house for 30th Friday, thereby preventing him from proceeding to Kulgam,” said a spokesman of the Party in a statement, accusing the government of putting curbs on his political activities and terming it its ( govt’s) frustration.
